Very nice detail work here, and even more impressive that it is done in ink. I can tell that you put a lot of time and effort into this piece - it really shows. You have a good eye for vantage points and composition, contrast and detail, but I think I have a couple ideas to help you improve for your next drawing.

To me this immediately stands out like "wow, ink drawing, awesome detail!" but the next thing I'm wondering is "did you use two photo references, one for the barn(?) and another for the jay?" I have to ask myself this because it seems a little awkward that the bird is perched so far to the right on the windowsill, where I'm sure the bird would look and feel more natural if it were more to the left, giving the tail some room to extend backwards in space. Right now the angle of the bird doesn't quite match the depth of it's perch. For future drawings, try to avoid elements in your picture that compete with spacial relativity. Another thing is that the shadow of the bird doesn't match the planes of the window, or the direction of the light source. It looks like it was cut and paste onto the drawing of the barn, to be honest.

The bird does match the consistency of the rest of the drawing in terms of detail, line quality and contrast, and the whole thing is rendered nicely, just be careful of shadow and spacial consistency with your drawing's elements and you'll see a lot of improvement on the realism and smoothness on the eye.
